Design Brief
I created a booklet highlighting dessert stores, boba shops, and more sweet treats in San Diego. I used pictures I took myself to create a visually interesting guide that utilizes pastel colors, as well as bitmap style elements. Using this booklet as the base, I created an app that worked as a scavenger hunt designed to help out local businesses.
BRAINSTORMI wanted to create a booklet based off the different dessert or snack shops in San Diego. I used real pictures of 3 locations and used those as my highlighted venues.

Final App Design
Sweet & Savor It is an app dedicated to bringing a community together through the love of sweets.
Every week, a mystery menu item from any of the participating stores is chosen. Players are given daily clues to help them figure out what the exact item is. Once they’ve figured it out, the player receives points which they can then use to treat themselves, while still supporting their local shops.
